Pinned topic IBM System x3650 Server Unexpected Shutdown

Hi i have a big problem with instant shutdowns on my Server x 3650. Can someone help me ?

    I'm seeing a few problems...

    CPU1 VRM faults and PCI faults

    You only have one CPU, and the VRM for CPU1 is on the system board

    There are no PCI cards in the system, so the PCI error is likely against the 8k raid controller.

    The DSA shows an 8k or 8k-l installed, but its not reading any VPD from it (no firmware or logs from the raid controller)

    The common denominator is the system board.

    I would update your bios, bmc, raid firmware/driver.  If you still have issues after that, I would consider a system board replacement

    Hi GEZ, thanks for your assistance!. After posting this topic, I updated the BIOS and BMC firmware on the server, and fortunately the problem was solved by doing that. :)
