‏2013-09-09T08:48:31Z |

I am trying to run samples provided in "CICS/TS for z/OS 5.1: Java Applications in CICS" and getting Started with the servlet examples and while export Bundle Project to z/OS unix file system i am getting

"com.ibm.cics.server.examples.wlp.jdbc.bundle could not be exported. Please install the Websphere Developer Tooling OSGi Application Development feature version 8.5.5"

    Hello,

There are a number of CICS Servlet examples, the more complex samples will require the Websphere Developer Tooling OSGi Application Development feature to allow the samples to be deployed as EBA's rather than WAR files.

Have a look at the following infocenter link it provide information of how to perform the install:

    http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/cicsts/v5r1/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.cics.ts.java.doc%2Ftopics%2Finstallingthelibertyprofile.html

EBAs were introduced with PM80214 when the Liberty Fixpack was updated within CICS, see for details:

    G'day Adam

I have got all the fixes in our CICSTS 5.1 which are mentioned in http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1PM80214.

Problem is with the eclipse and Websphere liberty development environment..

I have two stream of eclipse IDE environments . One is native Eclipse Kepler and on top of them CICS explorer 5.1.1 / WAS liberty profile 8.5.5 and second one is IBM Installation manager and then installed z/OS explorer , WAS liberty profile and bot the giving the same problem.

I can not find the "Re: Websphere Developer Tooling OSGi Application Development feature version 8.5.5" for my native eclipse environment (Option A above) it does not matter what repository site I try from document http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/cicsts/v5r1/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.cics.ts.java.doc%2Ftopics%2Finstallingthelibertyprofile.html

In Option B, I have tried repository site http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/cicsts/v5r1/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.cics.ts.java.doc%2Ftopics%2Finstallingthelibertyprofile.html

and installed  http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/cicsts/v5r1/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.cics.ts.java.doc%2Ftopics%2Finstallingthelibertyprofile.html using installation manager.Still Z/OS explorer can not export bundle to z/Oos unix file.  Is there anything i need to install from the list below (see attached pciture)
