Hi,
When I am creating a service in TBSM 6.1.
It is giving me error.

CTGBC0001E An error occurred while adding a new instance. Exception occurred while inserting an OrgNode into DataType: ServiceInstance. Exception: com.micromuse.response.common.RespException: com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.fo: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-803, SQLSTATE=23505, SQLERRMC=1;TBSMBASE.SERVICEINSTANCE, DRIVER=3.57.

    Hi,

    I would suggest you contact TBSM support about this problem. It appears it is trying to insert a service instance into the TBSM database that already exists. Each TBSM service instance must have a unique service instance name, and each also has a unique numeric id. If TBSM already has a service instance with a given name in memory it should recognize that and update the existing service in the database rather than try to insert.

    Support will be able to help you gather the required logs. Also be prepared to answer questions about the level of DB2 in use, and whether any changes to DB2 were recently made.
