Pinned topic BIRT report - missing data

‏2018-08-20T17:33:53Z |

Created a BIRT report for tasks, but only captures 95% of the tasks.

i.e. reports on Task 4.2.1 but not 4.2.2

Am I missing some magic attribute?

    Hi  Steve,

Is this a problem with just your library,  or can you replicate it with the out-of-the-box library?

If you can advise how to replicate the problem, we can investigate.

You can also raise a ticket with IBM support.

I haven't tried it with any other library, just the one we're developing for our sponsor.

I have tried adding new tasks, and those are not reported either.

I tried associating tasks with disciplines, but that didn't fix it.

I put in a ticket with IBM support, and while I've got a ticket number they haven't engaged yet.

I'll prod support.  Are you aware of RMC's ability to export information to a spreadsheet via the File > Report feature?

You may find that you can do what you want using Excel instead of BIRT.

Didn't know about that. Easy to use feature, thanks.

What I'm trying to do is effectively reproduce the preview pane, for every object (in this case tasks) in a BIRT report.

It's interesting that the tasks show up in the File > Report, but not in a BIRT report.
