Pinned topic wizard based application

‏2014-08-13T09:17:35Z |

HI ,

I am using,

Web Experience Factory Designer Version: 8.0.0.1

IBM Portal Server 8.0

I got the requirement to develop wizard based application so I have gone through samples and I got below link which is for WEF 6.1 but I am using WEF 8.0 so WEf 8.0 has better way to implement the wizard based application than WEF 6.0(better than what they mentioned in below link)

    Hi gsager,

    Thank you for your answer.

Currently I am using Web Experience Factory Designer Version: 8.0.0.1, in this version I dont find Application Page builder so if I upgrade my WEF to 8.5 will get Application Page builder automatically?

Is there any way to get Application Page builder in my cuurent WEF 8.0 version.

There is a version of the application page builder that is available in the WEF 8.0. Feature pack 2 on the catalog.  But it doesn't have all the support and wizard like the one in 8.5 .  You should be able to get the WEF 8.5 version of the designer(I recommend this)  and the models and projects will work on Portal 8.0.

WEF 8.5 has a new builder and a model wizard that will make creating a wizard based application much easier.  WEF 8.5 models built with this wizard should work fine on IBM Portal Server 8.0

here is a sample that uses a wizard based data input.
