Pinned topic Critical Blocking Bug in RHEL64 Power php-mysql Module

‏2014-01-17T14:15:52Z |

Message board.  I have a Sev1 critical bug that our QA team has identified in RHEL64 for Power.  It is currently blocking the release of our product on Power Linux.  I need to find someone who can help us log a bug into RedHat and get: 1) Hotfix right away, 2) Timeline, or method and procedure for our customers to obtain the fix from RedHat when they go to install the product.

This message is somewhat urgent as our QA team is presently blocked.

Regards,

Larry Adams

    Hi Larry,

If this is a customer issue, my suggestion is for the IBM customer to open a PMR by calling the support line at 1-800-426-7378 (1-800-IBM-SERV) or if in a different country, look up the IBM Software and Hardware technical support contact numbers for the country in question here:

    http://www.ibm.com/planetwide/

If this is an internal development issue, please contact me at chavez@us.ibm.com so we take this a different path internally.

      Luciano,

It's for an STG product sold to our customers.  So, it's internal development.  I have reached out via ST, and will await your further direciton.
