Pinned topic Header Injection Parameters

‏2013-10-11T19:37:31Z |

Quick and easy question.

Specifically on an MPG.  Can the value be a variable?  it seems to be static/literal field.  For example I want my variable to be: 'var://service/transaction-id' - for every request through that MPG.  So instead of adding a transformation to every rule, I want to inject header here.  Is this possible?

    Not sure that I understand the question fully.

    This is how you can set (HTTP) header variable:

    <dp:set-http-request-header
          name=" 'tid' " value=" {dp:variable('var://service/transaction-id')} "/>
