Pinned topic Error while clicking plan in Marketing Operation

Hi,

 

I have installed MO V9.1.2 and performed all the configurations as per the guide. After restarting the server when I go to Operations tab and click PLAN, I get the below error, any suggestions, what would I have missed to set or configure.

 

Error Page Exception
SRVE0260E: The server cannot use the error page specified for your application to handle the Original Exception printed below.

Original Exception:
Error Message: javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.unicacorp.uap.common.cache.CacheHelper (initialization failure)
Error Code: 500
Target Servlet: uapprogramservlet
Error Stack: 

Also, uploaded the screenshot of the same.

    Hi Sudhanshu,

     

    It seems Unica MO System table are not created properly. For better understanding of the issues, can you please post system logs for both MO and Application server.

    It seems Unica MO System table are not created properly. For better understanding of the issues, can you please post system logs for both MO and Application server.

    I checked more on this and I found some issues with the configurations I had made. After I rectified those, it started working.

    By any chance do you remember the changes you made to make the issue rectified. I also have the same issue but could not see any gaps in my configuration. Would appreciate if you can share me the changes made if you recollect

    Have you solved the problem?

    For understand more about your error, can you post system log files?
