Pinned topic Downloading blocked by export control

When I try to download Netezza Client Components for Linux, I get the message:

I'm in the USA, so I'm not sure why I get this message. I don't see anything associated with my IBM ID that would suggest I'm outside the USA.

How can I fix this?

In fact, in the settings for my Developer Network account, it says I'm in the USA.

Are you trying to download the source so you can compile?  My understanding is that there are no binaries for Linux.

No, I'm trying to download "IBM Netezza Client Components V7.1 for Linux Version  7.1".
