Pinned topic JSF version bundled with latest Liberty Beta

‏2013-05-02T21:40:58Z |

It appears the JSF-2 feature in Liberty is provided by a version of the Apache MyFaces 2.0.x code base. Is there somewhere documented which code base is used?

I did not find anything documenting this in the docs or in com.ibm.ws.javaee.jsf.2.0_1.0.0.jar.

Thanks.

The version of MyFaces shipped in Liberty was based on MyFaces 2.0.5 and has WebSphere specific integration on top.  We have also continued to apply fixes in the service stream, so is hard to compare to a vanilla MyFaces release at this point.

Ah I had been using 2.0.5 source jar. The additions explain why it has not been matching up.

Is it possible to include the source code with those updates at some point? Debugging my custom handlers is difficult when the running code defers from the MyFaces 2.0.5 source jar.

    Thanks.
