Pinned topic Trial version has endeed with a fresh new install (NEW)

‏2014-05-05T15:31:18Z |

Hello,

I encounter same problem than described by Kurn hereafter :

https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/community/forums/html/topic?id=77777777-0000-0000-0000-000014915657&ps=25

I am trying to test your Elixir 3.5 Calendar Sample and I face the error :
=> I download the IBM Ilog Elixir 3.5 trial from your website and I do a fresh install
=> I install it on my W7 OS where I have already installed Flash Builder V4.7 (inluded in Eclipse)
=> I try to launch the compiled calendar sample
=> I get a black screen instead of the calendar component telling me that my trial version has ended

I guess it is the same problem than 1 year ago : I open a new topic to catch attention because the old one is considered as "answered" and nobody answered back until now.

Please, could you check if your installers are up to date on your website  ?

Thank you in advance,

Ged

    Hello,

No support was supplied on that transversal topic (all ILOG Elixir modules are concerned)

Situation is there is (at least !) 2 weeks that nobody (means your potential future customers) can download and test your ILOG Elixir product...

Could you please help us to (as explained in the past by Erwan Paccard or Frédéric from IBM Support) transfer new installers on the web site ?

    Thank you in advance,

    Ged

I'm facing the same issue. Wish they would fix it.
