    Try the following steps

    1. You can have Maximo automatically clear your reorder locks. This can be done by configuring the MXE.REORDER.PREVIEWTIMEOUT setting in the MXSERVER.PROPERTIES file. You can configure this setting to clear locks for a specified number of minutes after one has been recorded by the database. The default for this setting is 30 minutes.

    2. You can use the "Clear Reorder Locks" option from the Select Action menu. This however will only clear locks that have occurred during the reorder preview mode for the current user.

    3. Restart your Maximo server. Maximo will clear all existing reorder locks when the server is restarted.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you Bosshan for your reply,

but am still stuck with this error "BMXAA3482E - Another reorder process is running for the same storeroom you are trying to order by someone signed in as you."

cron task is working fine with some storerooms and displaying this error with others,

Do you have any idea of how can i get the another working process or cancel it?

      thanks in advance

            Dears,

I have tried everything to release these locks from storerooms, and at last i contacted IBM asking them about this issue

and they said that it is a bug in the system, if reorder process is manually initiated by user not the cron task,

Their response was as the following

"This issue has been identified as a bug in APAR IV46100 and the issue can be replicated in Maximo 7.5.0.4 with DB2 database. I will monitor this APAR status from now on, once the fix is out then I will inform you accordingly."

            I'll close this thread

Thank you for your efforts and suggestions,
