Pinned topic V7000 Unified, AD and SFU

‏2014-04-07T22:25:35Z |

Hi,

I have 2 V7000 Unified that I have to bind to AD but as soon as tick the "use SFU" checkbox in the directory configuration. No users are recognised anymore.

AD only : ownership, ACL for DOMAIN\user is alright

AD + SFU : ownership, ACL for anything else than root isn't working.

From the commandline:

chkauth -t is ok

chkauth -a -u DOMAIN\\user -p 'mypassword' is ok

chkauth -i -u DOMAIN\\user fails with a "EFSSG0002C Command exception found: FAILED TO FETCH USER INFO"

Has any one have an idea of what V7000 expects from AD when is SFU mode ? And why it doesn't work for any simple AD basic user ?
