Pinned topic Autocomplete problem

Hi,

From some reason typing on address (To) field stopped autocomplete,

and when i am searching directory it's shows nothing.

how can this problem  fixed?

    Hi Yaniv,
    The typeahead in Verse is driven by the the recent contacts list you have in Smartcloud Notes Web.
    You can query the names in your recent contact list by access the preferences -> basics -> typeahead

    section inside your Smartcloud Notes Web

    Thank for your response.

    I saw this in notes web, it ok and the  list is field up with all my contacts.

    yet its still not showing contacts with 'Type-ahead' nor serch directory

    We'll probably need to collect some browser traces to better understand what's going on with your account and the name resolution problem you're seeing.

    On many browsers these can be accomplished by accessing the (F12) Dev Tools-- from here we want to record the javascript console and network traces (saved out as a .har) of you reproducing the problem.
    Go ahead and open a PMR and our Support Team will assist you further based on the debug collected.
