Windows 7-64 bit
1. IIS configured as required.
2. Cognos express installed with Admin privileges
3. It was working fine until I rebooted the server.
4. All services (2 informix +3 Cognos are currently running - see attachmente)
5. See errors (attached)
Please advise what to do

I'm facing the same problem.
My environment is:
Windows 2008 Enterprise R2 SP 1
I'm attaching my logfiles for troubleshooting. I tried many things and I was not able to solve this issue. Could you give me a help?

Can you please reinstall and select a non-default port during the port selection wizard. Select a port range from the dropdown list of port number range in the install wizard. This maybe related to your default port being reserved by another service.
Issue is under investigation but as we are not able to replicate the issue for now.

Tried on Windows 7 64b and on Windows Server 2008 R2Firewalls are turned off.
Can you help me please ?
