Pinned topic ERROR UPGRADING SCHEMA

‏2014-04-28T22:25:58Z |

Hi

At the moment that I was upgrading my schema, my server was not responding and it hang out. After that my DBGlobal was locked.

1.- I went to the dbglobal table and put to 0 the value for locked.

2.- Try again to update my schema. It went OK

After that I opened my clearquest and when I ran a query it shows results but when clicking on a record it showed this error :

The Record "<id>"  could not be found. Another user may have deleted or hidden the record with a security context. Restarting your session may resolve this problem.

Please this is on production database! And I only have the schema export not the whole database to restore.

Any help please!

You're in a very bad situation as you don't have a database backup. I understand that you upgraded the user database to the latest schema version (as in upgrade/update my schema), is it correct? If that is the case, I don't see how it can introduce the error that you encountered later on. If you bring up the record directly (search by Id), do you have the same problem?

BTW, if you want a speedy solution, you should contact Support.
