Pinned topic TBSM 6.1 cant read updated event from Object server

‏2013-04-16T04:34:42Z |

Hi all,

I have a CumulativeFlag that is set /reset in an impact policy.I have a service in TBSM 6.1 that should go bad when this CumulativeFlag is set and good otherwise.I have added the relevant filters in the template.TBSM is unable to affect the service even though the CumulativeFlag is set(this occurs due to TBSM reading the event before it is processed by Impact). What solution can be done so that TBSM reads the object server fields only after the policy has completed its run and set/reset this CumulativeFlag ?

Thanks.
Regards,

    Hi,

TBSM 6.1 includes an event enrichment capability that sounds like what you may need. It allows you to configure an Impact policy to enrich the event prior to it being read by TBSM.

Please take a look at Configuring TBSM for Event Enrichment.

    I hope this helps...
