Had to switch to DB2 9.7 Enterprise Server to install ITDS. I'm trying to install DB220.127.116.11 ESE on RHEL 6.0 and each time it fails on creating the db2 instance. I already installed DB2 10.1 on the machine successfully. However, 10.1 is not supported with ITDS, so I have to use 9.7. Any suggestion on why it might be failing on Linux?

Thanks! I did go back and do the install, chose not to create the instance, and manually created the rest - users, instance, updated service config. Its running now and I got ITDS also installed with DB2 9.7.
