This Service Bulletin contains information about a potential z/TPF problem that might result in a catastrophic dump.
PJ36831 (PUT07) changes CPSE so that SIGP restarts might be happening in I-stream perch logic more often than before this APAR was applied . This can lead to CTL-571 dumps, CTL-1 dumps, or program errors in CCCPSE. This will be fixed by APAR PJ39640. APAR PJ39640 is scheduled to become available for download in December. In the meantime, a temporary fix is to change the 'ADDDLC R2,R4' statement in base/cp/cpse.cpy to 'ADDDLC R2,STPCINCR' . TPF 4.1 customers will not see this problem.
