Resource usage by owner name collection provides you with a way to categorize resource usage by specific applications.
If your applications set an ECB owner name, you can see the average resource usage for various system resources and understand which resources each application is using. The resource usage information is included in the resource usage report that is generated by this support. In addition, you can use the resource usage report to help set ECB resource monitor limit values.
