I am a HUGE Dr Who fan. Always good to know that there are others on My dW. Next season is going to be bittersweet with the departure of David Tennant. I hope that Matt Smith is as good as David.

At times by getting to know what others think of certain things only makes me more comfortable as to I am not alone ...<div>&nbsp;</div> I have also beginning to make more more use of RSS feeds rather than having to visit any sites.<div>&nbsp;</div> And balancing act between the career and family is so true <div>&nbsp;</div> I like the profile pic BTW:)

This was an especially fun interview to read. Byron, I especially liked your comment about taking pride in the little achievements that make things better, a small step at a time. Lots of insight there; thanks!

Very enlightening and fun to read interview ... thank you for taking the time to provide such thoughtful answers. I found your following statement particularly thought provoking: "When it comes to websites I show very little loyalty. My RSS reader is full of feeds all grouped into individual topics to the point that I've forgotten the names of most of the sites providing me with information. I now have a much more article based, rather than site based, view of the web." I work on the developerWorks design team and am always focused on usability - making the site easy to use ... but it is good to remember that in addition to usability we have to continue providing useful content. thanks Byron!

Very insightful interview Byron! I envy that you get to work in Japan. I also think it is neat that you can place so much focus on mobile applications, I think these types of "micro" applications are the next big wave.. in part drive by real world "smarter planet" type micro devices.
