If you've had a play with Prosphero sample site for 6.1.5 or 7.0 you may have noticed that there is no skin being used in the samples, which essentially disables a number of inline features, including portlet drag and drop and the inline configuration of portlets. The was done to to avoid the layout inconsistencies introduced with the out of the box skins.
To get around the layout issues, and still provide the inline editing
functions, a custom skin was created for Prosphero that is "invisble"
when the page is in read mode.
This skin is actually a copy of the "Standard" skin from page builder,
just with an additional styling that will hide the skin controls in read
This update also contains some fixes to the Prosphero theme JSPs to get the rest of the page builder functionality working - so insert portlet works properly, and create and move page.
