Chris, Good luck on your wife's recovery. I thought it was only the customer service places I called that required me to enter and repeat info verbally. This is aggravating and on a recent customer service call where this happened, I said something about it.

One of the situations was when I called my insurance company to confirm the best place to take her when it happened. I went through a maze of voice-driven data prompts, which asked me to repeat things several times then finally dumping me to a voice message saying "sorry, we're closed."
