The iPhone Becomes Notesworthy, Momma Gets a New PC
The New York Times' "Bits" blog is reporting this morning that Lotus Notes will be coming to an iPhone near you soon. The "iNotes Ultralite" package will apparently be free to anyone with a Lotus Notes license (about 140 million at last count). Initially, it will work as a Web-only application (for security reasons) and will require Apple's Safari browser. By this point, anything's better than nothing. The ThinkPad T60p: Tuxedo Included
Riding on the heels of the 25th Anniversary of the IBM Personal Computer, and smack dab in the midst of this week's LinuxWorld out in San Francisco, Lenovo just announced a new ThinkPad T60p that comes preloaded with Linux. For all you penguinistas, the new ThinkPad specifically comes preloaded with Novell's SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 10 and uses an Intel Centrino Due processor.
