IBM released a new version of its Tivoli Netcool Service Quality Manager offering earlier today at the Mobile World Congress 2008 in Barcelona.
We've seen lots of interest in the Netcool portfolio of products since last year's Vallent acquisition and subsequent integration into our Tivoli line of products.

The IBM Tivoli Netcool products can provide real-time status views and automatically generate alarms when those service levels fall below their commitment, and can also produce historical reports to help organizations understand service level conformance.
