There is no question we are in the middle of a mobile movement that is changing forever the way we consume and produce information. Globally, there are more mobile devices than there are computers. No wonder the #1 motivators for embracing mobile is that it is an "effective channel for reaching many users". Mobile benefits more than just the end user. Respondents also cite that their organizations are embracing mobile to "increase workforce efficiency/productivity", the second motivator for embracing mobile.

When we asked our survey respondents why their organizations would want folks to use social business software instead of traditional collaboration tools (I'm looking at you, email!), they were pretty clear on the benefits of getting social to do business.
