Help me find that user session

We just made it a little easier to search and find the exact user session you need.

Now, you can search for a session by the most recent days, weeks, hours or minutes, and then you can save the search and use it again.

Do I need the new capture extension?

In case you don't remember, the capture extension is what allows you to use the snapshot feature to create snapshots.

• If you are using Firefox Version 57 or higher, you'll  need to download the new version of the capture extension. You will be prompted to install the capture extension.
• If you are running Firefox Version 56 or lower, and you have already installed the capture extension, you can continue to create snapshots without having to install a new capture extension.

Who created that snapshot?

We added the user name and date to snapshots. Now you know who created any snapshot and the creation date.

Who created the workspace?

The workspace properties dialog includes the name of the workspace owner.
