Abstract

What's new for administrators in June 2017

Body

The permissions defined to the OrgAdmin, SupportUser, and System Administrator roles have been expanded to include the following capabilities:

  • Modify reports, workspaces, and events that were created by users assigned to RegularUser role
  • Delete reports from user's workspaces
  • Schedule workspace reports for users
  • Share and unshare user's workspaces
  • Delete or modify any CX Overstat snapshot or stacks in the gallery

By expanding the role capabilities for the OrgAdmin, SupportUser and System Administrator, we eliminate the often cumbersome process of administering public workspaces and reports for users who have left the organization.
