Geo-Analytics takes reporting to the next level

Tealeaf SaaS has taken it's geographical reporting to the next level with its new Geo-Analytics reporting type feature.

You can now create interactive maps that display event data based on metrics that you select and by regions you choose to view.

 

Zoom in, zoom out, control the level of granularity...all within this intuitive UI!

Once you have your geo-analytics report, add it to your workspace!!!

Copy an event

Quickly create new events based on existing events.

You can now easily create a copy of an event making the modification process much faster and efficient.

Select the Event from the Event manager, and then click Copy!!!

Reorder snapshots within a stack

You are analyzing your snapshots using some of the Overstat overlays.  You are looking at your stack. You are thinking, it would be great if I could organize snapshots in the business process order.  Well, now you can!! Select the stack  and go to the thumbnail view and drag and drop the snapshots to reorder them. 

 

Customer struggles with form filling


Have you noticed a particular form field with a high repeat count?  If you have the Overstat add-on, you can use Form Analytics to help your determine what is happening. You can now drill down to view actual customers sessions where customers repeatedly entered values in a field. This data will help you determine why they struggled and help you come up with an improvement plan for the form.

Search for text

Let's say you want to search for "Thank you for your purchase" in sessions that include the confirmation page.

You now have the ability to search the entire HTML and JSON for specific words or phrases.

There's no need to create an event for each and every message now!

UIC Wizard improvement

If you use the UIC wizard, you can now select a predefined configuration template.  This will save you some time and effort.

 

Improved customer feedback with Voice of the Customer (VOC) Integration

Voice of Customer (VOC) enables simple integration of Tealeaf replay links within the VOC applications.

So what is VOC? VOC technologies provide the mechanism for online visitors to submit feedback through the web application and for the business to analyze and aggregate the feedback into actionable information.

The VOC report contains links so that you can easily replay a specific visitor session.
