Navigating in the newly redesigned Support Portal is now even easier!
On the homepage, after you have selected a product, it's easy to browse content and then return to the homepage. Just use the "breadcrumbs" or navigation trail on the top of the page.
As you can tell from the example page, you have the option to stay within the product you have selected or go back to the Support Portal homepage to select a different product.
When you visit the Support Portal to read the latest Flashes and alerts,
you are accustomed to looking in the Flashes and alerts module as outlined in red below.
To see all of the items, you would select More , indicated by the green arrow.
In the NEW Support Portal, on the product page for a given product,
you will select the Flashes and alerts link in the “Product support content” section.
