When you have a complex problem that requires support from an IBM Support analyst, IBM Electronic Support helps transition you to IBM’s other support channels.
Service Request (SR) Tool
Click Service Requests & PMRs tab on theSupport Portalto open an online service request and submit diagnostic data to IBM. You can also view your software PMRs, and manage your PMR list. Multiple people in your company and at IBM can access the problem reports to track status and help identify steps to resolution.
This website can reduce the time you spend on the telephone with IBM placing service requests, monitoring status, canceling a service request, or providing more information.
IBM Support analysts have tools available to help them speed the time to resolution for your problem. With IBM’slive remote-assistance tool, an analyst can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
