MeetUp - Sydney - Always On, HA, DR, or something else
bwhyte 310000B8UF Visits (397)
We figured while we have some WW experts in Sydney, and the use of the TechU facilities, we'd organise a meetup to discuss Always On architectures.
The meetup is open to everyone, not just TechU attendees, so come join the discussion :
Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney (176 Cumberland St, Sydney, NS, Australia 2000)
Sydney IBM Systems Server and Storage User Group
Join us to meetup and discuss what it really means to build an always on architecture. Often we think that making another copy, or having access to an active active copy constitutes DR or HA, but building for success means much more than just making two copies of your data. The design needs to be solution wide from application down to data storage.
