Brian Sherman is a Distinguished Engineer with over thirty years experience as an I/T Specialist. Brian works directly with clients in solving storage related challenges. Brian has extensive understanding of storage related industry trends and emerging technologies. He currently provides Storage Hardware and Software technical sales and support as part of the Advanced Technical Support (ATS) organization. Brian also develops and provides World Wide technical education on new Storage Hardware and Software product launches and provides new function priorities to several Storage Product Development Teams. Brian authors several storage white papers, is a regular contributor to IBM Redbooks, coach and mentor technical resources and is a member of IBM's Certification and DE boards. Brian was the first Storage Distinguished Engineer in Sales and Distribution WW.
Andrew Greenfield is a Global IBM Engineer based in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a Platinum Redbook author of 22 technical publications for IBM. He holds technical certifications from IBM, Cisco, and Microsoft. Andrew brings over 26 years of data center experience inside the Fortune 100, to the IBM team. He has been deeply involved with several storage vendors over his IT career. He graduated Honors; Magna c. Laude, from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. Andrew has also been a professional wedding photographer for the past 29 years; His media work has been featured on VMware, IBM, and various YouTube channels including many IBM help screens.

Damon Wynne - Client Technical Manager, IBM A/NZ Storage. Damon has over 20 years of professional experience architecting solutions for data centres and private and hybrid cloud environments. Focusing on the staggering growth of data, Damon joined IBM in 2015 as a Client Technical Specialist within the rapidly growing Systems Storage team. While at IBM he has had the opportunity to work with some of Australia's most respected enterprise environments while also being recognised as an expert with the joint IBM and Cisco converged infrastructure solution, VersaStack. As the demand for managing multicloud delivery grew, Damon has branched out to design solutions for IBM Cloud Private (ICP) with IBM Spectrum Storage and is a regional specialist within the ANZ region assisting customers with blueprints to shift applications and workloads to container focused deployments using Kubernetes and Docker within the ICP framework.
Ahmed Zuberi is a seasoned IBMer associated with IBM for more than 13 years across his 20 years experience in business of information technology & cloud solutions. He has worked on complexed on-prem, off-prem, hybrid and multi-cloud environments, assisted organization in their cloud readiness and eventually consulted their transformation to cloud journey with multiple cloud partners engagements across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Pakistan. Ahmed learned, coached and presented solutions on Design thinking, acquiring practitioner status from IBM and led the team to sell the first ever design thinking banking solution in Pakistan.
Senaka Meegama will be speaking on Spectrum Virtualize Global Mirror experiences. Senaka has been working with customers on deploying Spectrum Virtualize solutions for the last 10+ years and will bring his experiences on the do's and dont's of Global Mirror deployment. Topics such as sizing, problem determination, tuning will be discussed. Senaka will also be speaking on VMware best practices with Spectrum Virtualize. Topics such as multipathing, queue depths, monitoring via esxtop, troubleshooting performance issues in a complex IO chain will be discussed.
