Another great talk about Social Business

So far in TGMC there has been a lot of education geared towards the understanding of what exactly Social Business is. Social Business is a complex concept and I think one of the reasons some have a harder time wrapping their head around it is because there are many moving parts to understand. A good understanding of how businesses get things done on a day-to-day basis is required in order to understand the difference between a traditional business, and a Social Business.
One obstacle I've experienced myself is that it seems that so much of social business is common sense-- but what might be common sense to me (Adam Lazarus- a 23 year old, recent college grad who uses social tools on an hourly basis) and you might not be common sense to a hardened business executive whose actual job it is to come up with the processes that happen on a day-to-day basis in the workplace.
A great video was posted to Alan Lepofsky's blog where he explains the future of work, and gives some supremely helpful information for understanding how a Social Business works vs. a traditional business. I highly recommend watching it! Below is a link to the blog entry, and the video.
