IBM has just re-committed to its strategy on open standards. At the Pulse 2013 conference, the company announced its plan to make all of its cloud services and software based on open standards. Up first, IBM will roll out new private cloud offerings based on OpenStack and other cloud standards -- the plan is to expand these to IBM's public cloud later in 2013.
