Earlier this year, IBM hosted a webinar where we asked you, the customer, for feedback on Innovate. Well, the Quality Management and Testing Innovate team heard you loud and clear. For one, you said you wanted more sessions delivered by our customers and to hear the benefits they are realizing first hand. This year, we are offering more customer sessions than in years past. In fact two thirds of this year's agenda is being delivered by customers and our business partners. But we didn't stop there and believe we took this year's line up to the next level.
On day one and starting off this year's event, find out "who's who in the zoo". We will introduce attendees to the developers, services, and product managers focused on quality management and testing in IBM Rational - the team who builds, deploys and supports the IBM Rational quality management and and testing solutions. If you have questions about IBM solutions and see these people around the event, I encourage you to ask your questions and get answers. Isn't this really why you come to conference? We have also tried to go beyond the traditional "death by powerpoint" sessions mixing things up where we could. Over the course of the week, attendees are encouraged to attend and participate in our panel "Ask the Experts" sessions on topics like quality management in Rational Quality Manager, test automation and service virtualization with Rational Test Workbench and Rational Test Virtualization Server, and a session to ask our expert about the quality management and testing process from the trenches. Honestly, these are don't miss opportunities.
Now, as the world of testing continues to change and everyone contributes to quality, a number of sessions covering service virtualization, mobile testing, agile quality, and multi-channel testing should be priority "must attend sessions" for the development team - programmers and testers. Hear the latest on what's new in Rational products and how IBM quality management and testing solutions can help teams overcome challenges and begin testing earlier and continuously. But wait there more! Best practices and tip and tricks sessions are also on the agenda to help you when are doing your job better and faster while balancing quality and speed.
The Quality Management and Testing track at Innovate 2013 is focused on addressing the needs of the customer and sharing insight on what is changing in the world of testing. Stay tuned as future blog posts will go through each day offering a little more detail on what attendees can expect at Innovate 2013. And as always, I am interested to hear your thoughts. Leave me a note.
