Datapool does not open on RFT's Visual Studio integration

Certain users have trouble opening the datapool file from RFT's Visual Studio IDE integration. The error message hints that there is no editor defined for files of type .rftdp. This happens most probably because of a missing dependency file - msvcp71.dll on the Windows system that this issue is seen on.
The msvcp71.dll is present by default on Windows XP, Windows Vista and on most Windows 7 machines within C:\W
Open the RftDpEdit.dll file within Dependency Walker and the tool will scan your dll to identify if all dependencies are satisfied or not. Unsatisfied dependencies will be highlighted in RED.
In order to resolve this issue, the msvcp71.dll must be copied to the system in the C:\Windows\system32 folder. The file can be either downloaded from the internet or it can be copied from a similar system where it is available. Once copied, on certain systems you will have to register the dll with regsvr32. Once this is done, register the RftDpEdit*.dll with regsvr32.
Once this is successfully completed, open the Visual Studio IDE again and now you should be able to open the datapool as expected in the Datapool Editor within Visual Studio.
