At Innovate 2012, IBM Rational caught up with IBM Electronic Support's guru Pat O'Connor (rationalwebguy on twitter) and chatted with him about what's new... plus we caught his session on making the most out of IBM eSupport and rolled it all up in to a Youtube video. Normally I wouldn't post two Youtube videos back to back like this, preferring to vary the type of content we highlight, but we just couldn't wait to get this one out there!
