In the United States today we are observing Memorial Day to remember the men and women who had served and died in the Armed Forces.
While it is often celebrated as the beginning of cook-out / barbecue season, it is a day when honouring those who have lost their lives in service to our country's military is most important.
With that in mind, we will be dark today and resume our normal blogging activities and ramp up to IBM Innovate tomorrow.

Innovate 2013 is IBM's new Technical Summit. If you've not yet solidified your trav
If you know you can't be there, have no fear, you'll still be able to get some of the great content and information coming out of the conference, here on the Notes from Rational Support blog, over on the Innovate blog, and on the Invisible thread blog as well as through Livestreams of the keynote presentations and roving reporter interviews.
For a taste of what to expect, here are six promo spots on Youtube highlighting some of the tracks available:
Of course this is the track that is near and dear to my heart... more so this year than others as I'll be on the ground at Innovate, live tweeting, blogging, staffing the Social Playground, and helping to answer questions and provide guidance on becoming more social in the business space. If you'll be at Innovate, stop by and say hello; I'd love to meet

Both series are a bit of a different style video than you may be used to from support as they are presented by product SMEs in a webinar / discussion style.
Note: We've only embedded the first video so as to not overwhelm this post with embedded youtube players.... for the other three, you'll need to click through the title links to enjoy.
