Now that 'ToB' is complete, the process of loading Ounce Labs client entitlement data into IBM systems is underway. Once complete later this month, Ounce Labs clients will be able to access IBM Software Support for product assistance as well as download software and licenses using IBM tools.

In the ClearQuest 7.1.2 and DOORS 9.3 releases earlier this year, the initial support of the Open Services Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC) based integration between the two products was released. Using the GA versions of these products, users can create links between a requirement in DOORS and a change request in ClearQuest to enable traceability between the two records.
