As alluded to in our previous post, next week is a special week for some of us here at Rational Client Support.
Those of us based in the United States will be celebrating Thanksgiving this Thursday, gathering with friends and family to enjoy food, (American-style) football, and of course, there's the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on TV!
On a related note, as it is a holiday week here, it transpires that both of your Notes from Rational Support authors will be on vacation for the duration, so there may not be a lot of action on this blog next week.
But we have plenty of good stuff queued up for you to keep busy with while we're out; here's just a sampling:
...take our RFE Community survey, to help us plan for next year...
... make sure you are signed up and following us on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter...
... learn more about our products with our IBM Education Assistant modules...
... take a tour of the IBM Support Portal ...
... check out our forums and communities ...
... join the Global Rational User Group ...
... leave a comment and let us know what you'd like to see here next year!
We'll be counting our blessings, which will include YOU, our faithful readers. Thank you!

Not for the first time, I find myself wishing I worked in the Amsterdam offices of Rational Client Support.
They have a neat Customer Service Week tradition for the past couple of years. As they are a multi-national, multi-cultural team, each day this week, they pick 5-6 countries, and the support engineers from those countries supply a potluck lunch, bringing specialties from their home country for the floor.
This year, the lone American on the floor made American pancakes on site ... complete with maple syrup. Reports are that they were "fantastic!".
I wonder if I could still make tomorrow's lunch?
