Today is Voice of the Client Day, and Business Partner Development Day, with sessions being held all day. Beth Friday, VP of WW Rational Support and Mike O'Rourke, VP of Development currently presenting the VoiCE keynote. Mike Loria, VP of Business Development will be welcoming attendees of Business Partner Development Day at 11am, followed by an illustrious lineup of speakers including Jamie Thomas, SVP of Development and Client Support, Steve Robinson, VP WW Sales, Sandy Carter, VP WW SWG Business Partners Sales and concluding with Dr. Danny Sabbah, GM of Rational Software.
Hopefully, my photos will get sharper as the day goes on.

The new moo cards are here! The new moo cards are here!
Pat O'Connor did a great job this year designing our Limited Edition, highly collectable, sure-to-be-worth-MILLIONS Rational Support moo cards for RSC 2009.
How do you get yours?
1) Wander down to the Solution Center and find the eSupport pedestal (look for the blimp). Pat O'Connor, aka @RationalWebGuy will be manning the pedestal and will have cards.
2) I will be at the conference, in the role of roving reporter. I'll be blogging, twittering, taking photos and getting into trouble. I will have cards. So how do you find me? Follow http://www.twitter.com/rationalsupport.
3) You may even occasionally find them lurking in random corners of the conference.
Only the Shadow knows....

Jazz.net is live with a completely reworked and improved website
The new Jazz.net site includes the addition of Rational Requirements Composer, Quality Manager, and Focal Point for Project Management. We have done what you asked for and made much more of our Jazz Development open and transparent. Now clients and community members will be able to enjoy the benefits of transparent development but no longer just for Rational Team Concert. Now you can participate with us in shaping plans, prioritizing fixes, and interacting directly with our expanding Jazz Development Team for three new Jazz Products. See http://jazz.net/ for the complete details
eGuide now on Jazz.net
IBM Rational support has taken all the best links from our RSDC eGuide mini-CD and posted them online at http://jazz.net/eguide! This one page contains the latest links to the most important & helpful Rational support areas on ibm.com, developerWorks and Jazz.net.
Check it out!
Whoo hoo! Alert readers will notice something new.... Notes from Rational Support has been migrated from old skool developerWorks to the new My developerWorks platform.
Not sure exactly what that entails, but it'll be fun finding out! :-)
More to come...
As I've just attached a graphic of the invitation, if you would like to RSVP, please send an email to Jen Entwistle at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hope to see you there!
