Our open mic session on Jazz Agile Planning on May 3 was SO well-attended, with such good discussion, that we need another session to finish up!
Please join us tomorrow, May 11, at 10am ET, as Johannes Rieken, Jazz developer, continues the conversation around Agile development practices.
To check out all upcoming open mics, please visit our Rational Support Technical Exchange Open Mics & Webcasts document.
Hope to see you there!

Let us help get you excited for Innovate 2011; it's just under a month away now!
First and foremost, in case you missed it, on May 5th IBM Rational hosted an exclusive webcast featuring IBM Evangelist, Brian Bryson and IBM Fellow, Grady Booch providing an Insider's guide to IBM Innovate. This 35-minute webcast touched on the questions newbies (and some veterans) might have about what to expect when they get to Orlando. The best part? All attendees for the webcast received a code that provides them with $300 off of registration for Innovate. Think you missed out? Guess again! This webcast (and promo code) is now available on-demand. Tune in now to get it before it's gone: http
Still not convinced? Wondering why Innovate is so awesome? Hear about it straight from this year's host, Gina Poole. This 3 minute video features IBM Rational's VP of Marketing talking about what attendees will gain from participation in this years event.
How about this one... Are you a geek
Want even more information on the Coolest Software Ever contest? This fantastic, first of it's kind (for Innovate anyway) contest, sponsored by Spigit, is now live on Facebook. Users can find all of the details via the link on the left navigation of our Facebook page or from the link on the Innovate landing page: http

The IBM Support Portal has been updated again in May based on your feedback!
IBM has significantly updated the IBM Support Portal application in early May, with improvements to make this worldwide, consolidated support site for all IBM software products even more efficient and useful for our clients. Some changes are refinements our clients have requested, others are new features to improve the efficiency and speed with which IBM resolves support requests.
This release features improved product selection, the addition of Technical Support Chat to the Service Request pages, improved navigation and much more.
Complete details may be found at the IBM Electronic Support Blog.
