Christan, Maybe I misunderstood it, but I thought "Phonegap" was purchased as a company by Adobe. Adobe released the FOSS version to the Apache Community as CORDOVA. So, wouldn't it be correct to say that "PhoneGap" is a commercial property of Adobe, whereas "Cordova" is the Open Source distribution of the PhoneGap framework? <div>&nbsp;</div> Am I confused? <div>&nbsp;</div> Thanks in Advance .. Mike

Thanks Mike for your comment. <br /> You wrote that "Cordova is the Open Source distribution of the PhoneGap framework", which is not correct. <br /> The correct statment is "PhoneGap is an open source distribution of Cordova". <br /> I agree with statement "PhoneGap" is a commercial property of Adobe. <br /> Today Cordova is the core of PhoneGap. They (Cordova/PhoneGap) use the same source code. Adobe plan to create a ecosystem around PhoneGap adding some comercial tools. These tools will not be part of Cordova project. <div>&nbsp;</div> Thank you
