High Availability sample using Pacemaker and Azure File storage

I have just pushed to GitHub a sample showing how to set up a Pacemaker cluster to manage a queue manager using shared storage accessed via an Azure File storage share.
A multi-instance queue manager running on Linux cannot use Azure File storage as access via NFS does not meet the requirements of a multi-instance queue manager. Using Pacemaker to manage where the queue manager runs means that the additional requirements of a multi-instance queue manager do not apply.
