Since I'm not in Orlando and couldn't find the Support Lounge at the Second Life Lotusphere I thought I'd leave some feedback here...

 
My biggest "peev" with the premium support web site has been how quickly it forgets who I am. Frequently links to answers take me out of the secure sections of the site requiring me to then log back in again when I come back to a secure page. The site has felt like a mixture of different sites rather than one harmoniuos website.

Please just make it possible for EVERYONE to post problems with Notes/Domino in one single place. A lot of developers don't know how to report problems in Notes/Domino and then they probably won't be fixed. It's soooo annoying. If by any change you can direct me and my colleagues to a URL where we can post errors/bugs/the-like for Notes/Domino we will be happy :-)

The Search and Advanced Search screens need real help. The wizard flips the screen and refreshes way too often. The UI aligment is poor. You can't read enough of the results to make it usable (2 or 3 visible at any one time). You should be able to control what resources you search instead of getting all the resources searched for you.

 
Maybe results should be brought back in a separate tab to maiximize the amount you see and reduce scrolling. Scrolling is always bad on a web site and this site seems to enjoy scrolling on all tabs.
 
There is too much "white" space. I realize that "white" space may improve readability, however in this case readability is taken to extremes and forces too much scrolling and wasted space.

You should be able to control what resources you search instead of getting all the resources searched for you.
