This week I am attending the 61st IETF meeting in Washington, DC. On Wednesday I will be presenting the DNS Endpoint Discovery draft to the DNS Extensions working group. In the meantime I'm looking to talk to as many of the dnsext working group members as I can as well as soak in as much of the culture of this group as possible. To get a feel for what it is like, imagine hundreds of geeks from all over the world huddled over their laptops and free wireless connections.
As this is my first trip to Washington, DC, I'm also planning a bit of siteseeing time. Will probably spend some time on Thursday going down to the Mall and checking out the monuments. Anyway, I'll try to keep y'all posted on how things go.
