Build a cognitive alert system for your IT operations - Monitoring tools today generally send alerts through incidents or email notifications. Often, though, IT teams need a more visually perceptive approach. For example, when an incident or email is received, or an action from an IT service management tool occurs, the IT operator needs either an audible signal on a speaker or a visual signal on a lamp.
