In this part we show how the developer takes ownership of the work items within the Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) system before changing the application code according to the defined requirement. He develops the required changes and checks his revised code.
This diagram reflects the parts of the end-to-end scenario that are covered here in Part 2:
In the previous video you saw how the business requirement and the related work items have been defined inside the IBM
You will also recognize a traceability link back to the original business requirement. The developer implements the required claiming time limit in the application by changing a business rule restricting the maximum claiming hours per day to 10 hours.
After finalizing his changes, he checks in his code and starts requesting a personal build.
Part 3 will start off where this scenario ends by explaining the build process in more detail and showing how it integrates with the deployment automation system.
You’ll also find callouts inside the video to help you understand what you see.
