Let’s start with the first section, which sets the baseline by explaining the claiming application as “the object” being handled within the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle process.
The claiming application has been developed inside IBM Global Business Services in order to verify different application frameworks and technologies. It is written in Java.
This video presents the claiming application in its current state. The current version allows project practitioners to claim up to 18 billable work hours per day. This is not aligned with the rules of the HR department, so the claiming application needs to be changed.
The business has defined a new requirement to limit the claiming activities to 10 billable hours a day. We use IBM
